Our brokerage specializes in medical office, special purpose medical facilities, owner-user office condos, tenant/ landlord representation, and medical property investment sales.
DEVELOPMENT
Our Broker, Mike Young has been involved in the development of over 1 million square feet of healthcare properties including clinical space, ambulatory surgery centers, cancer centers and general office space.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
The property management division took off in the Fall of 2022 acquiring approximately 250,000 square feet of managed properties.
